Ghana FA should consult me if they want to appoint good coaches- Alhaji GrunsahÂ

  President of King Faisal Babes, Alhaji Karim Grunsah says he is an expert in appointing good coaches and the Ghana FA should consult him if they intend to appoint one. According to him, he has the eye for appointing good coaches for his club and these coaches later end up with the big clubs in the country. He made mention of some coaches he appointed recently such as Steve Pollack, Croatian trainer Zdravko Logarusic who later went on to coach some Ghana Premier League sides such as Asante Kotoko, AshantiGold SC, and Berekum Chelsea. "All our coaches at King Faisal are expatriates. Every coach we bring to Ghana they later join the big clubs. Look at Steve Pollack, he coached Kotoko, Berekum Chelsea and AshantiGold. "We later brought Zdravko Logarusic, he coached AshantiGold, Asante Kotoko, Bereku Chelsea and now coaches an East Africa side. I know how to poach good coaches and If Ghana wants to appoint a good coach they should consult me", Alhaji Grunsah said in an interview with Asempa FM. "Our local coaches go to Europe to learn from there so is better to go bring there here", he added. King Faisal Babes will be lead by Serbian Coach SlaviÅ¡a Bozicic for the upcoming 2020/21 Ghana Premier League. The Kumasi-based team begin their league campaign against WAFA on Sunday 15 November, 2020.
